  We analyse your product using reverse engineering and FEA analysis to verify that it covers all aspects of the European standard requirements. Then a report is drafted which will be certified by an external authorised vendor. 

We specialize in 3D and 2D design, manufacturing drawings and concept product development.  Our knowledge base includes designing with all the common materials such as metal, plastics, and composites using a variety of manufacturing processes.

 Reconstructing CAD models and manufacturing drawings of existing parts. Doing so the product can be re-created but also improved.

Through a wide range of material we can provide linear and non-linear structural analysis which can support design optimization, product development and failure analysis of single parts or complex structures.

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) allow us to visualize the way that liquids or gas act in an environment and the way that can affect their surrounding objects.

  We can provide an accurate final product for visualization, functionality, but also for testing. The most common method we use is 3D printing.
